COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Airborne Components is both a FAA Part 145 and MIL-I-45208A approved repair station. In accordance with our Vision Statement, Airborne Components has focused their effort in the niche market of Hot Gas Bleed Air System Components for the C-130 and 747. We posses an experienced team of engineers, technicians and professional that can not only deliver hardware on schedule and within budget but can provide expert field support.

We have targeted the Air Turbine Motor (ATM) P/N: 102981 & 104901 along with all applicable subassemblies including shutoff and modulating valves, actuators, governors and trip assemblies for overhaul and repair. Our technical staff averages more than 22 years of experience in applying state-of-the-art techniques and emerging methods and processes to perform repair and overhaul functions. In addition we are skilled in trouble shooting, identifying causes and recommending preventive and/or corrective actions and implementing a selected course of action. Our largest customer includes the Air Logistics Center at Tinker Air Force Base.

 

HOT GAS BLEED AIR SYSTEMS

Future expansion includes modification to our Hot Gas Test Stand to expand overhaul capabilities of bleed air components to support various commercial aircraft's. This aggressive program is on schedule and should be operational early next year.
